Our certifications are your assurance that we strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local laws regarding the handling of electronics and sensitive data. It also means that we are committed to healthy, safe, and sustainable recycling. When we are entrusted with a customer’s materials, we recognize the responsibility we have in the supply chain. Electronics recycling goes beyond the disposal of end-of-life technologies and equipment. If your data does not remain secure or your equipment ends up in a landfill, your brand and reputation are at risk. Our R2/RIOS Certification is our promise to you, and to the environment, that we have the people, processes, and principles in place to do what’s right for a better tomorrow. Today marks a historic milestone as we celebrate the first graduates of our Didion Orf training program. Congratulations to Michael, Isaac, and Jarred, who dedicated six weeks to hard work and intensive learning. Starting Monday, they will begin their new full-time roles as Dismantlers in the electronics division, earning $15 an hour plus incentives. Some of these graduates had never used tools before, but now they skillfully dismantle over 1,500 lbs. of electronics per shift! The entire Didion team has been incredibly cheerful and supportive from day one. They are excited to welcome the new graduates into their growing team, which is now 100 members strong. Congratulations, guys!
