As an amazing start to the New Year, we are thrilled to welcome Robert Novembre to Dharma Capital Advisors as a Senior Advisor! Robert Novembre is a seasoned financial industry expert and fintech entrepreneur with a focus on global capital markets. From 1991 through 2010, Robert was a Managing Director of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (NY), heading Trading & Syndicate for a cross-asset strategy for floating rate debt and preferred stock instruments in the tax-exempt and taxable markets. Robert was also the co-head of Institutional Sales for the aforementioned markets. From January 2010 through October 2020, he was the founder and Divisional CEO of Clarity Bid Rate Alternative Trading System for Arbor Research and Development. At Arbor, he was the head and co-owner of the municipal trading effort from January 2010 through August 2014. During his time with Arbor, he concentrated on the Build America Bonds, ran a desk for sales to overseas investors, and cultivated a new business line from scratch on an asset class of taxable and tax-exempt municipal securities. Since October 2020, Robert has been the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Clarity Markets Holdings LLC, New York, NY, a fintech company focused on municipal financing, with a strategy to include taxable products, such as corporates, asset-backed securities, and leveraged loans.    He earned an MBA in Finance and a Designation in International Business from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business in 1998, a BA in International Relations/Economics and Business from Boston University, Boston, MA, Pardee School of Global Studies in 1990 and studied abroad with a focus on International Economics from American University, Paris, France.    Robert holds several securities licenses, including a Series 7, Series 24, Series 53, and Series 63 license. He serves on two non-profit boards: the Boston University Dean Advisory Board for the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies and the board of the Amal Alliance, and also serves on several for-profit boards for emerging growth companies, including Clarity Markets Holdings, EATO, Lipaworld, and AMU Technologies.
