Pete Godich retired from Deluxe after a 35-year career leading nearly every functional area in the company. His last role prior to retirement was Chief of Operations. Pete is a results-focused and people-oriented leader with a passion for helping organizations and individuals achieve objectives beyond what they thought was possible. He is an innovative thinker who enjoys seeing the possibilities of what could be and then charting a path to achieve the vision. Kimberly Turpin is a human resource professional at Deluxe with 20 years of experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational development, and employee engagement. She is a recurring speaker for Teen Talent Development Workshops, Belhaven University, Small Business Association, and the Women of Wisdom conference. In addition to being a Human Resource Manager in the technology industry, Kimberly is also the Founder and President of Aiden’s Wagon Incorporated, a nonprofit that provides support to families in the autism community.
