"Small Changes Over Time Bring Big Results"

About us

Delta T Solutions' goal is to provide home security and home automation solutions for property managers and home owners. Our goal is to provide systems that can be built on over time starting with basic home security to home automation. We don't charge to monitor each sensor. We have a tier based monitoring model. You can remotely manage your smart home, self monitor your security system or have it professionally monitored. It doesn't matter if you have 10 sensors or 100 sensors, the monitoring cost is the same for whichever tier you choose.

  • Is your security system just an expense? Does it seem like a burden? The ClareOne panel is more than just security. It is an automation platform. With it, you can control your lights, lock and unlock doors, control your HVAC, create schedules based on time of day or a specific event. A ClareOne panel is more than a security system. The automation is built in. So, stop paying for just security. Get peace of mind AND comfort. When you are ready for a fully integrated system, ClareOne will integrate into a Control4 system with ease. Want to know more? • KNX is an automation protocol mostly used in Europe right now, but it does exist in the US. Similar to BACNet and Lon (formerly LonWorks), it is used for Building Automation of commercial buildings or residential homes. It can control lighting, HVAC, blinds and shades, security systems, etc... in your home. It is exciting to see that KNX can be integrated with Control4 technology (home automation systems that integrate different systems like A/V, security systems, cameras, etc...)

  • Will Your Alarm System Work When You Need It??? (Honeywell Vista) How to do a System Test : 1. Make sure all doors & windows are closed. 2. Make sure no one is moving in front of motion detectors. If they are, cover all motion detectors. 3. Enter your 4 digit Master code (not a user or guest code) 4. Press 5 (TEST) 5. Press 0 (Walk test) --> [#### 5 0] 6. Your Display will say TEST IN PROGRESS (on an alpha display) (unless you have a fixed display then it will show dd) 7. Alarm will sound for 1 second (unless you have a low battery) 8. Open each door or window one at a time. 9. Uncover and flag each motion sensor (wave, walk, do flips, just make the LED turn red) 10. Keypad will beep 3 times and show the zone number of the sensor you tested. 11. To stop the test enter your Master code 12. Press 1 (OFF)

  • I think this is what Jasmin means when he says give all your knowledge away. This is a really nice tip to use for engagement on your posts.

Growing the best brands & businesses on LinkedIn™

This is how I get 100 extra comments on every post. (My full 2024 guide to "pinned" commenting) Before you say it... No. You don't need 100 comments daily. For me, it's about what this enables: More conversations. Many more conversions. many more opportunities! Ready? Let's get into it. 1. What are "pinned" comments? 📌 They are self-comments. It's when you leave your own comments under your own post. (LI used to have an actual "pinned comment" feature) Because you're the author of the post, your comments will show up 1st for about 90% of your audience. 2. When do you write a comment? ⏳ I typically wait 10 minutes. By then, I'll have some comments. Then, I leave my 📌 comments → 1 by 1. The reason is that being "first" to comment on your own post could impact your reach. So wait a bit. 3. How many comments should you leave? 💬 There is no limit. But I typically leave 3-7 pinned comments. (which brings us to the next question) 4. What type of pinned comments do you leave? 🤔 a. Bonuses: Extra insights and/or related points ↳ You don't need to "overstuff" your posts ↳ Instead, share those extra points here b. Infographics and visual examples ↳ I like to share "fun facts" and photos ↳ Great for increasing "dwell time" on your posts (The next 2 are crucial for every post of mine) c. Asking questions ↳ I'll ask 1-2 questions every day ↳ This starts many new conversations d. Inviting questions ↳ I'll ask the audience to ask questions ↳ My replies push my brand authority higher e. Repost CTAs ↳ I'll always invite reposts in the comments ↳ People oftentimes "need" permission to repost f. Share sources ↳ Quote your sources here tag them ↳ Avoid adding URLs to your posts → add them here (Now, the next one is how I get the most conversions) g. Event and/or product announcements ↳ Avoid selling in your posts ↳ Instead, push your products here. ↳ You can "plug" the same product daily. I did this when I changed my pricing. I did this for every single event I hosted. I do this for every single "new" thing I have. It works -> because it doesn't take away from your main post. But you still "sell". Without selling. h. Behind-the-scenes ↳ Sometimes, just say hi to your community ↳ Selfies and office pics work great in this case 5. Anything else, Jasmin? ✋ I like to add the "pin" emoji for visual emphasis → 📌. I like to write the 1st line in ALL CAPS. Same reason. I like to have a mixture of image text comments. And there you have it. This is the same exact process I use every single day to nurture my community. To start new conversations. To land more leads and more clients. Every day! One favor? Repost this. ♻️ I really want to enable as many folks to use LinkedIn effectively and have "good, genuine" engagement. And with that → good, genuine results. Hope this helps! Thank you for reposting. ❤️ P.S. Do you write pinned comments in every post?

I love this post. I never liked being "salesy". I have tried "sales" jobs where you had to push a product. I was terrible at it. But Tasleem's comments below align with what I believe. If you care about offering something to people that will really benefit them, then you aren't selling them something they don't want, you are serving them something they need.

Will write something smart here soon.

Home security systems are becoming more common, cheaper to install and more multi-functional. Not only can they alert you of intrusion, but they can automate your home too. More companies offer DIY solutions as well. So if you know what you're doing and your comfortable with the tech , you don't necessarily have to use a professional to install it for you. Some of these are high quality. Some are cheap. According to Statista, 29.8% of homes in the US have a security system. That is expected to double by 2028. Will you be in that number? What's important to you?

  • Do you leave home and set your security system to the Home or Stay mode? Do you realize that your motion sensors won't work in Home/Stay mode? That allows you to walk around in your house with your system armed. But if you leave home and set it in stay mode, it allows an intruder to walk around in your house with your system armed. Use your system correctly or it won't protect you when you need it the most.
