We are pleased to announce that Jeremy Salzman has joined Dellwood Insurance Group as our Chief Claims Officer based in Summit, New Jersey.  In his role, Jeremy will oversee the development and management of our Claims Department and ensure consistency throughout the claims process through his long-standing practice of utilizing an integrated model between Claims and Underwriting and upholding the promises made within insurance policies.    As an attorney, Jeremy brings 24 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry and specialty lines, focusing on claims management, strategic planning, and customer service excellence. He has a proven track record of driving operational improvements, developing enhanced policies and procedures for adept claims handling, developing and leading multiple teams of claims professionals supporting different lines of business, and proactively identifying trends and exposures across portfolios; all while supporting growth at insurers. Jeremy’s abilities in managing end to end claims activity will further protect our Insureds as we utilize innovative technology while providing exceptional service.    Please join us in welcoming Jeremy to Dellwood Insurance Group.

Monique has 30 years of industry underwriting experience in both the contract binding and brokerage casualty sectors. We would like to welcome Eric Ratti to our team as Head of Pricing for Dellwood Insurance Group. In his role, Eric will work closely with our underwriting teams and lead our product pricing, rater development, and portfolio tracking capabilities.    Eric is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has 28 years of P&C actuarial experience across multiple lines of business. Eric spent 12 years as the lead pricing actuary of multiple business units including Contract Binding, E&S Casualty, E&S Property, and Programs. Eric also has experience leading the actuarial support of ceded reinsurance, budget & planning, and strategic initiatives.   Welcome to the team, Eric!
