On September 7, 2024, Delete The Divide partnered with Black Girls Code to assist 20 young girls in applying for DTD memberships and IT Certifications. Parents/guardians were also in attendance, their engagement, appreciation, and feedback were valuable. On August 29, 2024, DTD attended the Drew Cares X T.H.E Clinic 2nd Annual Back to School Health Care Fair. Over 100 people were in attendance. The community was provided with backpacks, free health screenings, rapid HIV test, free food, haircuts, and there was a live DJ. In addition, Delete The Divide was able to qualify 12 LA County residents for new HP Laptops and provide information on how to obtain a Google IT Professional certificate. #dtd #deletethedivide #community #lacounty #tech #digitalequity #inclusion

Delete The Divide supported the inaugural Compton Fest at Compton College on Saturday, August 24, 2024. DTD gave away nearly 100 free laptops to households in need.
