At DCX, we recognize the significance of mental health and are prioritizing it together! Our October activities for team members include: Work-Life Harmony, Building a Culture of Compassion, Self-Care Fitness Challenge, and Empowered Leadership. We also want to remind our team that, in collaboration with Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services Co., we offer online counseling, psychotherapy, and psychiatric consultations as part of our commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle. We encourage all of our team members to take advantage of these resources. 

🎄How early is too early to have Mariah Carey on repeat? 🎄    Because the holiday season is already ramping up for our Filipino colleagues.     As soon as we hit the “BER” months (September, October, November), we start to see Christmas trees and decorations appear in the background on calls.     While a few extra months without the Christmas music would be nice, it is so endearing to see the team share their culture — and the enthusiasm really is contagious.     I wonder if Lifetime has any holiday movies showing…      #CompanyCulture #GlobalTeams #HolidaySpirit 

The newly unified Revenue Team consisting of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience gathered together from near and far in Fort Worth this week. The days spent together consisted of: -A call with our colleagues in the Philippines -Some great food and music -The construction of a 3.5-foot paper tower -Plenty of laughter and catching up -And last but not least...LOTS of great ideas Thanks to Rory Young (even though his points system was questionable...) for organizing this special event.
