Join us in congratulating US Army Col. Tilisha C. Lockley on taking command of DISA Europe! Prior to this role, Lockley worked in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office. United States Air Force Lt. Gen. Robert J. Skinner, DISA director and JFHQ-DODIN commander, noted in his speech at the ceremony that Lockley's experience with AI will pay dividends in her new role as DISA Europe focuses on building out cloud capabilities and connectivity to enable AI and machine learning. Lockley assumed command July 9 as former DISA Europe Commander Army Col. Diane E. Klein moved on to her next assignment with the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) as the Head of Executive Management for the NCIA General Manager in Brussels, Belgium.
