Focus on systems tied to these areas first for maximum impact. Don’t make the mistake of addressing non-urgent workflows before fixing your primary bottlenecks. 2. Assess and Streamline Current Systems Next, review other workflows to find improvement opportunities. Identify bottlenecks, tasks that could be automated, and processes that could be delegated. 3. You need systems to streamline and strengthen the client journey so that the process is easy for you and the people you serve! We lean on #HoneyBook for this. It’s the best tool for capturing lead info, communicating with them, and converting them. HoneyBook automations save us so much time, too. 2. Project Management #ClickUp is our go-to for organizing tasks, timelines, and assignments in one place. Features like Custom Fields help add context and keep projects on track. For example, we use Lists to contain one project. All of its phases, tasks, assignees, due dates — all of it is kept in one List so that project managers can see all of it. No need to jump between platforms or hunt down information; it’s in one spot. 3. Communication You have options to choose from when streamlining your communication for your agency. We utilize #Slack and ClickUp comments most often. Integrate Slack and ClickUp for real-time updates and task notifications, ensuring the whole team stays aligned without jumping between platforms. 4. Reporting & KPIs This is key especially when your company starts to scale and your goals become more specific. Use ClickUp to track and automate key metrics, integrating other tools to pull data in real-time, making it easy to analyze and align with goals.
