Thanks to Kirk Swanson and Dowl Engineering for the opportunity to install another DEXSORB® pilot, this time in Nevada. First phase was initiated for one well on May 15 at the Canyon GID Drinking Water Plant in Storey County. Once PFAS removal is validated and the pilot complete, we hope to follow with full scale treatment of two wells, providing PFAS free water in the town of Lockwood, Nevada. Go DEXSORB®!

According to a recent article by Michael Hawthorne of The Chicago Tribune, Chicagoland’s farmers have been fertilizing their land with biosolids containing high levels of PFAS. Since the early 1990s same is true in Gordon County Georgia, where Cyclopure has tested over 150 wells and water sources surrounded by farmland fertilized with free sludge. We’ve also tested sludge-affected wells on farms in Vermont, Maine, Upstate New York, Tennessee, Texas and Alabama.   The US Senate is including a PFAS/Farmer Safety Net within their proposed Farm Bill framework. If you think you might be affected, check the health of your well water with Cyclopure’s Water Test Kit for PFAS. Congrats to the American Water Works Association for another successful ACE conference (ACE 2024 Anaheim). We appreciate Isle Global for giving us the opportunity to exhibit.   Cyclopure’s CEO, Frank Cassou shared the latest news on commercial use of DEXSORB®️ to remove PFAS in residential and large-scale applications. He was joined by CPO Yuhan Ling, Ph.D., and Sayuri Alwis Digital Marketing Manager.     Thanks to everyone who came to visit at the Innovation Hub. It was great to make new friends and compare notes. So many smart people working on this important public health problem.

We were excited to create a customized Purefast Home system for Deborah and our friends at Hallelujah Horsemanship Ranch in Prescott, Arizona. They needed to purify their horses' drinking water from PFAS contamination. Our engineers developed a larger Purefast Home system capable of purifying 1,100 gallons per day, lasting 18 months. This compact custom filter (8in x 44in) integrates seamlessly with the ranch's existing setup, operating at a steady 9GPM with a peak flow rate of 18GPM. A big thank you to Deborah and her team for letting us contribute to their PFAS remediation efforts. We love seeing happy, healthy horses. If you're interested in a tailored Purefast Home system, feel free to contact one of our team members to discuss your requirements.
