This past weekend we once again had our Winter Sled Giveaway! We gave away 1,000 sleds and winter beanies to the kids in our community. We want to thank everyone from CVCH who volunteered to help hand out sleds and our Outreach team for making this event possible. Thank you to Molina Healthcare for sponsoring the event and handout hot drinks to the kiddos.

I had the pleasure of representing Columbia Valley Community Health alongside my colleague, Lupe Sanchez, at the King County Academy of Family Physicians (KCAFP) Career Fair. It provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with future physicians who align with CVCH's values!

I'm thrilled to share an excellent career opportunity within our Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) team. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join us in the role of Medical Assistant Registered (MA-R). Position Overview: As an MA-R, your primary function will be to support our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care. The scope of your responsibilities will be defined by your training, competency, and endorsement by a designated healthcare practitioner, in accordance with Washington state regulations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and organized flow of each day, taking on tasks delegated per endorsement. Key Responsibilities: -Clerical and Administrative Support: Contribute to the efficiency of our operations by handling clerical and administrative tasks. -Team Support: Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a supportive and cohesive work environment. -Patient Care: Assist with patient care as time allows, demonstrating your commitment to the well-being of our patients. Qualifications: -High School Diploma or equivalent. -Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR required or must be able to obtain within first 90 days of employment. Must be eligible for Medical Assistant-Registered Licensure. -One year in clinic setting or other health care facility providing direct patient care preferred. -Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

CVCH Is excited to announce our annual Trunk or Treat will take place on Oct 29th at our main Wenatchee clinic located at 600 Orondo Ave. This is a community event and everyone is invited to bring their kids. We look forward to seeing you all there!
