Today we released our annual State of Student Learning report, providing a comprehensive analysis of student achievement in reading and mathematics for the 2023-2024 school year. This year’s report shows that academic recovery at a national level remains largely stagnant, with small pockets in which specific populations are challenging these trends. The results remind us that academic recovery is ongoing and that the path toward recovery is not a universal experience.
