Hi everyone, my name is Sena Pottackal. A bit of a self-description, I'm a CIS female who uses she, her and her pronouns. I'm a first generation Indian American with medium brown skin, brown eyes, and long black hair.I have multiple disabilities including blindness, Vertigo inducing migraines, ADHD, and PTSD. I'm wearing a coral blouse with a black blazer, pants, and shoes. I am so honored and humbled to receive the 2024 Next Gen Alumni of Excellence Award. Thank you Disability:IN for this remarkable honor. I am beyond grateful for the unwavering support and life changing mentorship I've received from the Disability:IN family over the past three years. Next, I want to thank my colleagues at Current Global. Everything I've achieved professionally over the past few years have been a collective endeavor, and I am so fortunate to work alongside such kind, inclusive, and passionate people. Lastly, I need to thank my family, especially my mom who is here today. [Applause] Everything I am is a reflection of who they are. They're, they have, oh, they're wonderful. [Laughter] So their love and unwavering support, they've grounded me in the belief that my disability is an invaluable and indisputable strength. Their unconditional support and enduring encouragement has empowered me to leverage my unique skills to relentlessly advocate for disability inclusion. I always say that who you're with determines where you'll go. So thank you all so much for getting me to this moment that I will remember for the rest of my life. I love and appreciate you all. Thank you so much.

Wow, what a turnout at IPG Common Ground! We’re still on a high about our "Breaking Barriers: Empowering Inclusivity in Sports Marketing" panel at #Cannes, which was nothing short of inspiring. Huge thanks to everyone who packed the room and to our incredible panelists Beatrice Cornacchia from Mastercard, Flaujae Johnson, Taylor Rooks, Rebecca K. Roussell, M.S., and Bonnie Ott - Smith from Jack Morton Worldwide, who brought their A-game. We got real about the challenges and triumphs in sports marketing—especially when it comes to lifting up women in sports and telling stories that resonate truthfully. It was a conversation filled with honest insights and bold ideas, and we’re just getting started. Missed it? Don’t sweat it! The results are in! New York City takes the crown as the world’s most congested city, while London leads the way as Europe’s most congested city. This year’s INRIX Global Traffic Scorecard made waves with top-tier media coverage from the BBC News, Forbes, CNBC, Bloomberg, and more, highlighting how traffic congestion has worsened in the wake of the pandemic.
