We Broke Ground in Cape Coral! We're excited to announce the start of Walk-On’s FIRST Southwest Florida location, set to open in Spring 2025. Walk-On’s elevates sportsmanship and creates the ultimate hub for sports watching and delicious eating. Now, CYC is all in, and we're thrilled to help bring this powerhouse to Southwest Florida. Special thanks to Len Lemmer for choosing us as his General Contractor, Cape Coral District 6 Council member Keith Long, Donna Germain, IOM, FCCP, President of the Chamber of Commerce, Andreana Petersen from the Office of Economic Development for coming out to the event in support of the project. Tom has been a key part of our team, guiding us through growth, challenges, and wins. His commitment and ability to keep us on track have been crucial to CYC's success. How does he do it? 1. Experience and Tenacity: Tom has faced the toughest challenges in construction. His battle scars show his resilience and determination. 2. Old-School Expertise: With nearly 40 years of experience, Tom brings classic construction know-how to the table. His extensive skills help him handle any site issue quickly and efficiently, showcasing the best of tried-and-true methods. 3. The “Not-So-Funny” Funny Guy: Tom’s jokes might not always hit, but we appreciate his efforts! His humor during safety meetings keeps things light, even if we don’t always laugh (Sorry, Tom!) 4. A Listening Ear: Tom takes time to connect with everyone. Need advice? Facing a challenge? Just want to chat? Tom’s there to listen and share his wisdom. His mentorship has made a big difference for many of us. For these reasons and many more, everyone here has come to love Tom. He has earned our respect and admiration.
