Cullen Construction Management is proudly serving as the Owners Representative for the project. The new facility will feature a flexible 250-seat black box theater, exhibit galleries, and dedicated spaces for education and community engagement. Look forward for opportunities to engage with not only the street-level bar and café but also the public-facing rehearsal room, putting TimeLine’s behind-the-scenes development on display for passersby to observe. That's a wrap - Construction Monitoring services in Colorado are complete! This beautiful development, near the Denver International Airport, includes 3 multifamily apartment buildings, a 12,000 sf clubhouse with a fitness space, enclosed yoga studio, library, coworking space, bowling lanes, golf simulator, and an expansive pool deck with several cabanas!
