Last Tuesday, the Connecticut Green Bank participated in important conversations on the environmental challenges faced in Latine communities in Connecticut as well as highlighting leaders who are taking charge in sustainability at the Latine and Puerto Rican Voices for Environmental Justice Roundtable Discussion. On Wednesday, Nellie Gorbea, the President and CEO of the Puerto Rico Green Energy Trust and Enid Flores, the Director of Administration and Finance came to our Hartford office to present on the history of the Puerto Rico Green Energy Trust and how they are deploying clean energy.
