At CRG, one of the most impactful steps we’ve taken in recent years has been joining C12 Business Forums—a unique organization that brings together CEOs, executives, and Christian believers in a small group setting. C12 offers an incredible opportunity for our leadership to connect with peers who understand both the challenges of leadership and the importance of faith in business. Together, we dive deep into every aspect of our companies—from financials and marketing to strategy and ministry. It’s a space where we evaluate, learn, and grow together, guided by experienced leaders who challenge and support us. The insights and mentorship we’ve gained through C12 have been invaluable for CRG. It’s a place where iron sharpens iron, strengthening not just our business but also the leaders within it. For any organization seeking a network that integrates faith with practical business wisdom, C12 is worth exploring. It works. It really works. If you haven’t heard, there’s been an important update on the FTC’s noncompete ban. A federal judge in Texas has blocked the FTC’s rule, which was set to take effect on September 4th. The judge ruled that the FTC overstepped its authority, calling the rule “unreasonably overbroad.” The rule, which could have impacted around 30 million Americans, was expected to lead to wage increases and more opportunities for new businesses. For now, noncompete agreements remain governed by state laws, so nothing changes immediately. Business owners, particularly those concerned with protecting intellectual property and training investments, will see this as a win. However, the FTC plans to appeal, so there could be more legal challenges ahead. In the meantime, this is a great opportunity to think about new ways to engage and retain your employees, even if noncompete agreements aren’t part of your strategy. Offering competitive pay is important, but it’s not the only factor. Clear paths for career development, a supportive work culture, flexibility for work-life balance, and regular recognition can all help keep your team motivated and loyal. By focusing on these areas, you can stay ahead no matter what happens with the legal landscape.

We are grateful that our lawsuit has successfully struck down the FTC’s sweeping ban on non-competes, as we believe the ban would jeopardize business owners’ ability to protect their intellectual property, and employees would be negatively impacted by less investment in their training and skill development. The continuing overreach and overregulation from the federal government jeopardize America’s economic liberty and diminish the opportunity our country provides for all of us. We’re happy we were able to successfully stop the overreach in this instance. https://lnkd.in/gX-ST7Nk #Ryan #RyanTax

Throughout our journey at CRG, one truth has always remained clear: God has provided for us exactly what we need, precisely when we need it. Even in the most challenging times, when the path ahead seemed uncertain, He has shown up and guided us through. Our journey has been shaped by countless hours of prayer, Bible study, and seeking wisdom through Scripture. These moments of reflection and spiritual guidance have directed our steps and decisions. Without God's guidance and blessings, we wouldn't be where we are today. Every success, every breakthrough, is a testament to His unwavering faithfulness. We are truly blessed and grateful for His hand in our business, guiding us each day. We’d love to hear—how has God provided for you in your business journey? #FaithInBusiness #CRG #Recruiting #CrossResourceGroup #staffingfirm

Interviews can be nerve-wracking, but remember: authenticity is your strongest asset. It's true whether you're an employer meeting new talent, or a candidate preparing for an interview! When you focus on being yourself and genuinely listening, you create meaningful connections. Don't get caught up in a rigid list of questions. Instead, engage in a real conversation and let your natural curiosity guide you. This approach can make all the difference. #Recruiting #JobTips #InterviewAdvice #CrossResourceGroup
