Today we finish the first week of May by adding two Salad Madness locations in our home town of Las Vegas and Henderson. So proud of the team and all their accomplishments. I am excited to announce the opening of our third brand Salad Madness. A fast casual concept that specializes in Mediterranean style salads with combinations of endless greens and proteins. Each ingredient has been carefully selected to accommodate any modern dietary preference, either it is Vegan, gluten-free or protein packed, Salad Madness aims to provide a dining experience that satisfies every palate and lifestyle. Same as our Chicken Genius, the concept is nested inside Crazy Pita and is available for Dine-In, Take-out, Catering and Delivery. What started as a conversation with Brittany Mercer & Caroline Gathagan almost a year ago is finally coming to reality. Today marks the beginning of our "Chicken Genius" soft launch—a concept specializing in Mediterranean-style rotisserie chicken featuring a distinctive marinade originating from Casablanca, Morocco, tracing its roots back to the 17th century. The concept is nested within Crazy Pita stores and is available for Dine-In, Take-out, Catering and Delivery services. The concept occupies less than 300 sqft of space and holds tremendous potential as an excellent addition to food halls, airports, stadiums, or even as a virtual kitchen. It requires a maximum of two employees during peak hours, including prep time. If you are a restaurateur, you know that's pure GENIUS!
