About us

CASA DC is a volunteer driven non-profit whose mission is to advocate in court on behalf of foster youth in the District of Columbia. The majority of these children have been neglected and abused. Community volunteer advocates are recruited, screened, trained and supported by CASA DC's professional support staff. CASA DC is a non-profit organization incorporated in the District of Columbia in 2002 and a certified affiliate of the National CASA Association.
