NOW HIRING: Bariatric Registered Dietitian II/III VISIT: www.ventura.org/jobs Salary: $56,700.80 - $94,536.00 Annually As a member of the Ambulatory Care, Magnolia West Clinic, health care team, the Bariatric Registered Dietitian is responsible for the nutrition assessment of bariatric surgery candidate patients, medical weight loss patients and patients with general dietitian needs. The dietitian develops and implements nutrition care plans and nutrition therapy for bariatric surgery candidates and no bariatric patients evaluating and adjusting treatments as necessary in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. In addition, this dietitian will provide group education and therapy services.

NOW HIRING: Per Diem Primary Care Clinic Nurse Practitioner – Weekend Shift VISIT: www.ventura.org/jobs Salary: $68.84 – $76.99 hourly Under the supervision of a physician and following written guidelines of protocol, the incumbent will perform medical examinations, selected diagnostic and therapeutic tasks, and other special procedures to assist in the delivery of primary care to patients of Ventura County Health Care Agency – Ambulatory Care on the weekends only. ✨Today, County Executive Officer Dr. Sevet Johnson announced the selection of Kimberlee Albers as the new Homeless Solutions Director, effective November 4, 2024. The appointment was made following an expansive search which included internal and external candidates. “With significant experience in the public sector as well as the nonprofit sector across several counties, Kimberlee brings a unique perspective and proven leadership to the role of Homeless Solutions Director,” stated Dr. Johnson. “Her commitment to innovative solutions has earned her recognition as a leader in the field, demonstrating her ability to drive impactful change. We are confident that her expertise will pave the way for transformative initiatives that will positively impact inflow and outflow of unhoused individuals and create significant impact on addressing homelessness in our county.” Albers joins the County of Ventura after serving the last six years as the Homeless Assistance Program Manager for the County of Santa Barbara. Prior to her service in Santa Barbara County, Albers spent 8 years leading nonprofit organizations focused on homelessness.
