To better understand consumer behaviors regarding personal finance management, CI conducted a survey of consumers in September 2024 about their budget habits. We found that firms can offer more mobile-friendly budgeting resources to help customers, and that budgeters take different steps to alleviate financial stress than non-budgeters.
