It was a perfect blend of history, strategy, and teamwork! My speech during my final act as president of the FAC: Authenticity, honor, loyalty, fearlessness, hard work, focus and humbleness. If you ever watch the movie Anatomy of a Fall, you’ll witness a true German like Harald Lais, ND from CC Germany - always driven by his values and beliefs, even if he risks not being liked.  Watch the series  “The Days” in Netflix, and you’ll learn how close the Japanese were to essentially lose their country in 2011 with the Fukushima nuclear plant accident. From episode 1 I thought about my friend Taichi Ito, ND from CC Japan, with his always honorable way to act and relate, even during a big crisis.  From Kai Bjorn, ND for CC Canada, I’ve learned about true loyalty, about friendship and helping others, the base of our foundations in CC.  If you have ever worked with higher achievers Polish people, you’ll be pushed to absolute fearlessness, like Ryszard Chmura, ND from CC Poland, making possible what Many thought impossible.  Working with Indians I’ve learned about intensity and tremendous hard work, like Gaurav VK Singhvi, one of the NDs for CC India, a complete beast.  From Peter Higgs, ND from CC UK, I’ve been helped with focus and strength. Estructure and organization.  From eric cheng, ND from CC Hong Kong, I’m constantly remembered about humbleness, a wonderful quality we as business leaders should never forget. Always real, never a pose. This is the Franchise Advisory Council for Corporate Connections Global, LLC, and for the last 2 years it has been a complete privilege to be the President of this high level group, the FAC. Thank you Robert Gervais, for inviting me to this amazing leadership opportunity a couple of years ago.
