Technological advancements, such as self-checkouts and online shopping, have transformed operations, with AI predicted to further enhance personalization and efficiency. Our team visited a warehouse project under construction in our hometown of Greenville, SC to check on the progress. The original design for this project was completed in 2020 as a speculative warehouse in partnership with RealtyLink, LLC. Now, it is being upfitted for the needs of its new tenant, American Tire Distributors. The facility will be 175,000 square feet of warehouse with a 4,000 square foot office.
