We were excited to attend the groundbreaking celebration for FAT Village in Fort Lauderdale! Hines, in partnership with Urban Street Development, Cresset Real Estate and Las Americas is developing FATVillage - a 5.6-acre, 835,000-square-foot, office, retail and residential mixed-use urban destination in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood. The mayor & commissioner both spoke about the importance of reviving & improving the arts district. Alan Kennedy, Managing Director of the Southeast Region with Hines, talked about how important this project is to their portfolio and will include dedicated art space in the buildings.
