Telling complex stories is tough. Ours in particular.
If a person goes to composecure.com, they think, “Okay, you make metal payment cards. Got it.” They’ve seen the Amex platinum, they’ve seen the Chase sapphire, maybe they had no idea that we manufactured it before but now it’s an easy flip to ‘Yes, I get it.’”
Then they go to the Arculus website, delve into the info, and learn about a whole bunch of different components.
“Oh cool, so you also do crypto, cold storage, pay with fiat or crypto, OK. I got that too.”
You then dive in deeper and see Arculus Authenticate. All of sudden you realize “Oh, so they also make this embeddable chip software that turns the card into a digital authentication key - Where you tap it to your phone as a third factor. OK got that too.”
But how does one wrap all those features together into one cohesive story?
Well, it’s simply this.
🔷 We started by re-imagining the credit cards through materials, feel, and aesthetics - the outcome was the creation of the metal credit card market which empirically improves KPIs for issuers.
🔷 Then we said, these cards are loved in traditional financial services, where else can we expand its usability? And we found his amazing customer base in the crypto and web 3 industry, who wanted us to turn the card into a cold storage wallet and Web3 payment device.
🔷 Finally we said, hey we got the card to be an experience, we also made it a secure asset storage device, what else could it be? So we made it into a security token that someone could simply tap to the back of their phone and tell an agent on the other end of the line, this is really me, passwordlessly login, or confirm a transaction.
So in summary, we’ve taken the card in everyone’s wallet, the same card that had not changed in decades and made it into 1) a premium metal experience, 2) with the ability to support fiat and crypto, and 3) which can also be used an identity verification device.
Any questions?
