Our very own Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, Aundrea Mills, teamed up with Katie Boston-Leary, Sr. Vice President of Equity and Engagement American Nurses Association — New York, Nicole George, Press Ganey Vice President/Associate Chief Nursing Officer, and Nessan Salmon Wilson, Sentara Health Princess Anne Hospital Vice President/ Chief Nursing Officer, for a panel discussion around Harmonizing Healthcare to Support Clinical Caregivers. In a time when strong support for nurses is crucial, this panel shared empowering insights, discussed challenges, highlighted initiatives that foster nurse satisfaction and retention, and explored our work around elevating nurses' practice environment. This October marks the beginning of #CompassOneSocktober2024, our fourth annual sock donation campaign! 🧦 As we prepare for another impactful year, we want to reflect on the incredible success of this initiative.
