Daniel Eichner has joined as Managing Director, Strategy and Client Solutions to oversee our Client Solutions team and serve as an Investment Committee member. He has extensive experience in private credit asset management in both business development/client solutions and in investment research. He headed up business development and client solutions at SOSV, Serengeti Asset Management and Garrison Investment Group.  Prior roles also included conducting credit research and making investments with Goldman Sachs's Special Situations Investing Group as well as building credit scoring and loan pricing models for South American banks at PwC. Daniel will no doubt enhance the level of service to our limited partners and elevate our investment decision-making. Please join us in welcoming Daniel to the CIM team!

I couldn’t be more excited about long-time friend and ally Louis Caditz-Peck joining the Responsible Business Lending Coalition (RBLC) as our first Executive Director. We have accomplished a lot for small business lending transparency and borrower protection since the RBLC was formed in 2015 and first published the Small Business Borrowers’ Bill of Rights but there is so much more work to do to enshrine protections and support for small businesses in the United States.
