I was matched with Jen Weidner - who is awesome! All of the staff in Behavioral Health make me feel very welcome, and that they care about me and my wellbeing. The therapists at CHS have helped me a lot and I have learned new coping strategies and breathing techniques that work for me. I learned that things are not as bad as I think they are.
