    🌞 Looking to heat up your pipeline with some warm intros? Here are some best practices to consider: 🔍 Add a warm intro check into your sales process. Sales conversations that start from a warm intro have a 78% pipeline conversion. After that, those deals have a 50-70% closed-won rate! Before you dive into your cold calls for the day, check to see if you have a warm pathway first. Layering in this small step could save you and your prospects a ton of work! (Commsor 🦕 makes this pretty simple 🤭) 🏋️ Do ALL of the work. Your referrer is already expending their hard earned social capital for you! Have forwardable blurbs already written out for them, and know exactly what you’re looking for. 🔁 Close the loop. The person referring you to someone else is likely just as invested in this warm introduction as you are. If the intro is successful (or even if it isn't), close the loop and let the referrer know what the outcome was! Each of these will help you not only win revenue, but also build up your own social capital and make you more credible across your network. ✅ Which of these are you already doing?

    Reasons people have given me this week as to why they booked a Commsor 🦕 (ALL inbound): 1️⃣ "I was really hungover a month ago and all I remember from this meeting was the person telling me I HAD to look at Commsor." (I admire his honesty.) 2️⃣ "I've followed you guys for years and your marketing has just worked on me so I went to the website and wanted to learn more" (Shout out Gerhard van Wyk, ben regier 🦕, and Rayna van Beuzekom 🦕, and others!) 3️⃣ "I was watching a video post of someone using Clay to find warm leads and I messaged the guy asking how to do it if I wasn't technical. He told me to just buy Commsor." 4️⃣ "There was a post today by another CEO of another company talking about how customers are the best sales reps, and the top comment underneath was telling that CEO to go buy Commsor." In ALL of these opportunities there was ZERO cold outbound. Just a small team of dedicated people continuously banging the drum about what we do and people deciding to join the herd and shining a light on the Go-to-Network movement. It's been a pretty good week so far 😄

    When we said there would be dinosaurs at dinner, most people just thought we meant our team. But we meant real dinosaurs 🦕 Or at least as close to real as we can get until our secret Jurassic Park project becomes a reality. When Jason Yarborough 🐻 reached out and asked if we wanted to sponsor a dinner at Arcadia, I was interested. But when he mentioned it was going to be at the Museum of the Rockies, surrounded by T.rexs, Pachycephalosauruses and Triceratops, it was a no brainer. You all know I support EVERYTHING Katrine Reddin 🦕 does, but the whole dang team over there is made of fantastic humans. Like Mac Reddin 🦕 who helped us make our podcast dreams come alive with ZERO expectations. And ben regier 🦕 who was one of our first "test" subjects (wish we still had the giggle footage, would be a hilarious outtake to share) AND Rayna van Beuzekom 🦕 who is full of creativity, new ideas and has roasted me so many times for being a millennial So proud to be an honorary dino 🥹
