Unum Group’s Employee Care Fund is here to immediately assist our colleagues who have been impacted by Hurricane Helene and the catastrophic events following it that have devastated the Southeastern United States. For those who are seeking reputable ways to send support, consider donating to American Red Cross: https://lnkd.in/dFuKvbvb or Feeding America: https://lnkd.in/evHG7rmJ. We are actively working with our community partners to provide impactful support to help those affected. #HurricaneHeleneRelief

Unum Group employees enjoyed the Back to School season volunteering in numerous ways. The Houston Field office volunteered with Kids' Meals, Inc. to pack food for children ahead of the new school year. Some of our colleagues in Columbia, SC attended the Richland Library Let’s Talk Race Facilitators Conference. The Michigan Field office sponsored and packed backpacks for Orchards Children's Services. Alana Stroker and Kevin Schumacher did a great job talking to HR professionals about the partnership between Colonial Life/ Unum and Create Opportunity. It was a great event at Segra Park Columbia Fireflies!
