  • Last week, the mayor of Hanover Township, Thomas Gallagher, brought in local mayors to further strategize solutions to the flooding they are experiencing every time there is heavy rain at the Whippany River watershed. The township has enlisted our professionals to assist with the project, where we began by surveying the river with high-tech sensors.
