Fun science visit! 🚀 As part of our new unit, "How the World Works," where the central concept is "Transformation helps us adapt and change under different conditions," our third graders had an exciting educational experience! They enjoyed a visit from the children's science group, Naricitas, who led them through fascinating experiments. Peace Week celebration! 🕊️ This week we celebrated Peace Week by promoting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, especially those related to peace and justice. Throughout the week, students engaged in simple acts of kindness like smiling, helping friends, writing kind notes, and welcoming new classmates. With "Kindness Stations" led by students and class activities, we reflected on empathy and peaceful conflict resolution. Peace Week reminds us that small acts of kindness can spark big changes just in time for International Peace Day! ----------- ¡Celebración de la semana de la paz! 🕊️ Esta semana celebramos la semana de la paz promoviendo los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible de la ONU, especialmente los relacionados con la paz y la justicia. Durante la semana, los estudiantes participaron en pequeños actos de amabilidad como sonreír, ayudar a los amigos, escribir notas amables y dar la bienvenida a nuevos compañeros.
