We are excited to introduce you to our 2024 Summer Associate, Alexis Acevedo. Alexis attends South Texas College of Law and is a Summer Associate in our Houston office. She states, “Without realizing it, my dad inspired me to go to law school. I grew up seeing the positive impact attorneys could have in the lives of their clients, and I wanted the opportunity to do the same.” As a Summer Associate, Alexis looks forward to working across different practice areas, absorbing as much as possible from the attorneys here, and experiencing the firm’s culture. When asked what excites her most about becoming a lawyer, she answers, “I think the most unique part about becoming a lawyer is that there is always an opportunity to learn something new as clients are faced with different legal problems every day.
