Nearly half of consumers are at least somewhat familiar with artificial intelligence tools, and usage for healthcare purposes is already being embraced by some patients. While 34% say they have used artificial intelligence tools for any purpose, 1 in 4 say they have used an artificial intelligence tool specifically for something related to health information. This really shows that many consumers are willing to try new innovations as part of their healthcare journey and something very important for marketers and healthcare professionals to be aware of, as adoption of these technologies will only grow moving forward.
