Clear Street is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Instinet's Fox River algorithmic trading business.  Fox River's comprehensive algorithmic execution solutions for U.S. and Canadian equities further support Clear Street’s product suite catering to sell-side and buy-side firms, including industry-leading quant-driven funds. In 2018, we began our mission to build a single, cloud-native prime brokerage platform that can scale across all asset classes, client types, and geographies.  The acquisition of Fox River's leading trading platform adds another fundamental layer to the value chain we offer clients.  The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024.
