The seven-location Grease Monkey franchisee, offering automotive service and oil changes, is operated by second-generation owners Todd and Scott Patrick. This acquisition by Oilex, the largest operator of U.S.-based quick lube locations within the GMI franchise system, will allow Scott and Todd’s family legacy to continue with Oilex’s now 23 locations in Colorado and Arizona.
