Today, we're proud to share the news of our $10 million seed raise, led by Rethink Impact, LP. Nearly one in ten American children have ADHD, impacting their relationships, self-confidence, and performance at school. Unfortunately, 80% of children with ADHD don’t have access to the breadth or quality of care recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, and most families wait over a year and pay $3,000 or more out of pocket to get access to ADHD treatment. Clarity Pediatrics makes pediatric ADHD care 10x more accessible and 20x more affordable: families have access to next-day appointments, including for ADHD diagnostic screening and medication-related services, and pay an average co-pay of $15 per session. This investment supports Clarity Pediatrics' launch of new clinical service lines, further development of our innovative care platform, and geographic expansion. Starting this month, the Clarity Pediatrics Behavioral Health team is now offering RUBI Parent Training (RPT), an evidence-based intervention for families of children ages 5 - 12 with comorbid ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 1 developed by the RUBI Autism Network. RUBI Parent Training teaches many of the same skills as our flagship BPT program, but with additional consideration given to ASD-related behaviors. Increasing evidence highlights the success of parent training approaches in improving cooperation with instructions, fostering social communication, and achieving additional caregiver goals, such as reducing problematic behaviors. We're proud to add RPT to our suite of comprehensive, evidence-based pediatric ADHD services. Families who come to Clarity Pediatrics for RPT will benefit from no waitlist and broad insurance coverage.
