Parmi eux : - Sensibiliser le grand public et les professionnels aux enjeux de la dénutrition. - Communiquer sur les bonnes pratiques et contribuer à la prévention et à la lutte contre la dénutrition. - Faire et transmettre le bilan des actions de lutte contre la dénutrition. - Soutenir le collectif de lutte contre la dénutrition.   💬 « En tant qu’entreprise à mission, c’est une évidence pour nous de rejoindre le Collectif de lutte contre la dénutrition. 𝗩𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘇 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗲 Cuisinier⸱ère, responsable technique ou technicien, animateur⸱trice, agent d’accueil, agent de service hôtelier (ASH), serveur⸱euse... Pendant un mois, à l’occasion du Mois des valeurs, nos collaborateurs sièges en France ont été invités à découvrir le quotidien de nos équipes qui exercent dans nos maisons de retraite médicalisées Korian France et établissements de santé Inicea Partout en France, 27 établissements ont ouvert leurs portes pour accueillir au total plus de 200 collaborateurs qui se sont prêtés au jeu. L’occasion de dialoguer de façon privilégiée avec nos équipes qui œuvrent sur le terrain et font vivre notre raison d’être, “Prendre soin de l’humanité de chacun dans les moments de fragilité.” Leurs gestes, leurs expertises et leur dévouement auprès de nos résidents et patients sont un peu devenus les leurs le temps d’une journée... 💬 « Se connaître et comprendre le quotidien et les contraintes de chaque fonction, c’est l’assurance de pouvoir travailler de façon plus efficace au service de nos résidents et patients. Remi Boyer, Clariane’s Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Bonaventure Muhigana, Secretary of the WE Works Council on behalf of the SE Works Council and CLAUDE VAUSSENAT, who represented our Group’s European Works Council, received the award in recognition of our European Charter on Fundamental Principles of Social Dialogue, which was adopted last October. This award acknowledges the Group’s efforts to promote an ongoing substantive social dialogue on an European, national, regional and local level. Because of the diversity of our teams and the nature of our jobs and the conditions under which they are performed, we are convinced that an open, high-quality social dialogue is key to carry out our “At your side” corporate project as well as to improve working conditions of all our employees. By signing the European Charter, Clariane became the first player in the elderly care sector promoting freedom of association and the right of all employees to be unionised, the development of labour relations bodies and collective bargaining at the appropriate local and national levels, the training of those involved in the work of the labour relations bodies and the recognition of skills acquired through the performance of union functions.
