🌟 Employee Spotlight: Raymond Wheeler, Vice President, Learning and Development Content Developer at Civista Bank 🌟 Meet Raymond Wheeler, who officially joined Civista in August 2015 after serving as a contractor in IT since 2008. With over 30 years of training experience, including his early days as a Master Instructor in the military, Raymond brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. 🚀 About Raymond's Role: As a Learning and Development Content Developer, Raymond administers Civista University and develops courses to meet the enterprise and individual department needs for Learning & Development. Favorite Part of the Job: "It is genuinely exciting and fulfilling to see the ideas and concepts for learning outcomes come together in a fully developed video, training guide, or webinar. These are the moments that bring me the most joy." Hobbies: Reading, Bible study, traveling, and experiencing different local cultures. Watching movies, especially genres of martial arts, Ip Man, and science fiction films, especially Alien. 🎱Billiards Enthusiast: Raymond is an avid billiards player. While stationed at RAF Lakenheath, England, he placed #2 in the All-England Armed Forces tournament. He is always up for a friendly game of pool.
