700 people were in attendance in OUR NOVI for the 39th Annual Oakland County, Michigan Government Economic Outlook! It was a great event and we learned that not only is the outlook very positive, Oakland County is home to some of the most innovative companies in the state. Speaking of innovation, have you heard of Project DIAMOnD (projectdiamond.org)? It's an innovative joint venture that is leading the way to Industry 4.0 in Oakland County.

For the first time, the City of Novi is serving as a host city for a Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Fellow. We are thrilled to share that Sodavy Nhong of Cambodia is with us for a four-week fellowship. Sodavy is a researcher at the Cambodia Development Resources Institute, where she is engaged in pioneering research focused on achieving zero carbon for Cambodia. She holds a Development Studies degree specializing in Natural Resources Management and Development. Eager to refine skills and broaden her expertise, Sodavy views the YSEALI Professional Fellows Program as a transformative opportunity to contribute globally and become a catalyst for local change.
