As Ryan wrote in the piece, we are expanding our correspondence to our incarcerated readers. We are currently fundraising for our end of year letters! We will be sending out hundreds of letters to incarcerated folks all over NY state that include everything they need for requesting the books that our sponsors provide. Our goal is $900 to cover the cost of envelopes, stamps, labels, and info sheets. If you are able, please donate via paypal, venmo, or melio on our website https://lnkd.in/dasaiNSh

This Sunday, October 15, marks the opening of Cover Story: 30 Years of Chronogram at Time & Space Limited in Hudson. Chronogram will exhibit all 351 covers of the magazine published since 1993 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Chronogram! Each cover represents the artistic vitality of the Hudson Valley—further proof that this region is a cultural hub. Since its launch in the fall of 1993, Chronogram has featured the work of hundreds of Hudson Valley artists on its cover. Unlike most publications, Chronogram does not put anything but its logo on the cover, allowing artists’ an unadorned canvas for their work. Some of the artists featured include Peter Max, Martin Puryear, Kathy Ruttenberg, John Cuneo, Dion Ogust, Steven Spacarelli, Alex Grey, Emil Alzamora, Richard Butler, Denise Orzo, Eric Bean, Laura Levine, Stuart Bigley, Devorah Sperber, Jeffrey Milstein, and Joe Concra among many others. This cover show will be available at Time & Space Limited from October 15 to November 12. Sponsored by Bloomberg Connects and Athens Fine Art Services.
