    In this week's episode of Thriving Together with Nitika Chopra we're speaking to Kelly L. Campbell 💖 A Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach to emerging and established leaders who know they are meant for more, Kelly L. Campbell (they/she) is also the author of "Heal to Lead: Revolutionizing Leadership through Trauma Healing" (Wiley). An inspiring keynote speaker, they have also written for Forbes and Fast Company and currently write for Entrepreneur and on Substack on “The New TLC: Trauma, Leadership, and Consciousness.” A longtime conservationist, Kelly was trained by Al Gore as a Climate Reality Leader in 2017. Most recently, they became certified as a Reiki Level III Practitioner and trained as a cuddle therapy professional. Kelly’s vision is to empower more than half of humanity to heal its childhood trauma so that we may reimagine and rebuild the world together. Reshma has spent more than a decade building movements to fight for women and girls’ economic empowerment, working to close the gender gap in the tech sector, and most recently advocating for policies to support moms impacted by the pandemic.     In this week's episode of Thriving Together with Nitika Chopra we're speaking to Quddus Philippe 💕 Quddus Philippe is a sound facilitator and psychedelic guide dedicated to transformation and truth. Surrounded by the instruments he calls his “bandmates”, he offers individuals and groups a life-changing experience known as Sound Sanctuary. Originally from humble beginnings in Canada, he started his career as a campus radio DJ then made a quantum leap, replacing Carson Daly as the host of MTV’s iconic show, Total Request Live. Continuing her education with Alicia, she also obtained her certification in the Fajardo Method of Holistic Biomechanics and was a group and private personal trainer at Transformations Studio for 13 years. Amy is also a NASM-certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise and Behavior Change and a certified GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® instructor.
