Chris' Compassionate Quest

Today, despite being confined to my neighborhood by flooding, I found a way to contribute positively. Equipped with a drone, I volunteered my time to capture aerial footage for families forced to evacuate their homes. As I maneuvered the drone through the skies, I realized the impact these visuals could have. For those displaced, uncertain about the fate of their homes, these images provided a lifeline—a way to stay informed amidst chaos. In times of crisis, it's easy to feel helpless, but today I discovered that even the smallest acts of service can bring hope. By leveraging technology, I was able to offer a glimpse of reassurance to those in need. Let's continue to find ways to support each other, even when circumstances seem overwhelming. Together, we can navigate through any storm.

Last Friday was awesome y'all! We were able to hand out over 2,000 M.R.E.s (Meals Ready To Eat) to a lot of families not only in need but also those wanting to build up emergency food storage. I want to give a special shout out to Full Send Off-Road Recovery & FS Trailer Rentals & Transport as we would have not been able to make this happen without their help. They personally helped with the pickup, hauling and distribution of the M.R.E.s. It was great meeting all of you who came by and we look forward to doing it again next month! *These M.R.E.s are completely free as we do not charge anything for them. We wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to the Geezer Squad with Missions: The Woodlands Methodist Church 🙏 After us scheduling meals and raising some funds for Christopher Owsley we found out that Christopher needed a decent sized accessibility ramp built in order for him to be discharged and go home, we were stumped due to costs and man power needed. 💙 We reached out to the Geezer Squad and let them know of Christophers situation and right away they responded and took over. They built the ramp today in FOUR hours! 😮 We can't thank them enough for stepping up and taking care of the accessibility ramp! As we expand our impact, we need secure storage for donations, supplies, and equipment.
