Nick Cave and his band's 18th studio album Wild God is a thorough exploration of grief and all it encompasses. In the wake of Cave losing several loved ones over the years, he offers an intimate look into his emotions, swinging between doubt and faith over the course of 10 tracks. Recorded at Miraval Studios in France, Pitchfork called Wild God "a remarkable portrait of a man putting in the work required to cross the threshold."
