Are you all ready for it? We're making another batch of Razzle Dazzle mustard ice cream in collaboration with The National Mustard Museum and Terrapin Ridge Farms! Razzle Dazzle is a raspberry honey mustard ice cream with raspberry sauce and chocolate chunks folded in. 🤩 We only make it once a year, so get your brave pants on and come down to the National Mustard Day festival on August 3 in Middleton, WI to try it out!

Oh la la, more LA International Dairy Competition awards! 🤩🏆 We sent some of our favorite super-premium flavors across the country to California to be blind taste-tested against ice creams worldwide. The tasting results are in, and we are super excited to share that we've brought back awards for the 5th year in a row! Oh yam, we have Ube Chai! We've made Elise's winning Create-A-Flavor idea into a reality as our first single-batch flavor of the year, and it's ready to scoop in our Madison-area shoppes! This new fav is made with ube, a nutty, purple, sweet yam that is a staple in Filipino desserts and folded with a spiced chai-infused ice cream. This flavor will only be around for a limited time - don't miss out! 💜

Remember that create a flavor contest last fall, where you all submitted your wacky, creative, and scrumptious flavor ideas, and then voted on the one you wanted to try? Well, we’re super excited to share that after a winter of recipe testing and tasting (a hardship, we know) we’re ready to share Elise’s Ube Chai!! This delightful Ube (sweet purple yam) ice cream, with hints of coconut and swirled with spiced chai ice cream, is set to hit shoppes this week! 🤩

When we got a note this spring requesting help making a flavor with some of the most imaginative people in Madison, the creators behind the Madison Children's Museum, we jumped on it! After some tinkering and sweet taste testing, we're excited to share that the museum will be serving up scoops of Rooftop Rhubarb Ramble at their Member Party and Nice Trail exhibit preview. A celebration of Wisconsin on your taste buds, Rooftop Rhubarb Ramble is a vanilla ice cream folded with hunks of baked kringle from Racine Danish Kringles and tart rhubarb sauce. We only handmade a few cartons of this flavor, so don't miss your chance to try it at the member party tonight from 5-7:30pm!

We need all of your help wishing our Chuck Senior a very happy birthday!! 🥳 Senior is one half of the reason we get to enjoy our scoops of ooey-gooey, award-winning, Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream after he and his partner Nancy made their first batch on Monona Drive 62 years ago. Now enjoying his retirement, Senior watches his sons continue with his ice cream recipes and checks their work every night with a scoop of Old Fashioned Vanilla.
