Valley Children’s is excited to continue our valued partnership with Wigmore Women's and Children's Hospital in our joint effort to transform pediatric healthcare in Armenia by setting international standards of quality and care. 💙
We are delighted to welcome the inaugural mission of Valley Children's Healthcare (USA) at Wigmore Women’s and Children’s Hospital. This milestone marks Valley Children's Healthcare's first official visit in Armenia, dedicated to fostering mutual learning, sharing expertise, and enhancing our collaborative efforts aimed at advancing pediatric healthcare in Armenia. During a cordial reception, our guests were introduced to Wigmore Hospital’s history, mission, and vision for future development. Discussions encompassed the breadth of our ongoing partnership and prospects for future growth. The visiting delegation also conducted a comprehensive tour of the hospital, engaging with our staff and familiarizing themselves with our service offerings and technical capacities. United by a shared commitment to enhance children's health and well-being, and driven by core values of quality, excellence, integrity, innovation, and compassion, the formalization of the partnership between Valley Children's Healthcare and Wigmore Hospital took place in 2023. This historic collaboration underscores our joint dedication to continuous learning and professional development for physicians and nurses. Key initiatives include exchanges of medical expertise between Armenian and American healthcare professionals, nursing education and training programs, the cultivation of a culture centered on quality and patient safety, as well as collaborative efforts in formal education and joint research initiatives.
