Jamie Roscoe began her career in manufacturing after studying industrial and systems engineering. Pursuing a master's in data science led to a role at Child and Family Services, where Roscoe builds strategic performance dashboards to evaluate the organization’s many services. She also supports services with data needs by developing reports, dashboards and spreadsheets. She enjoys making workflows efficient and effective for her team. “I really believe in the work that we do here,” she says. “The services we provide have played an important role in my personal life, and I am happy to be a part of an agency that can do the same for families in our community. I feel lucky to have found a job at Child and Family Services that matches my values." #EmployeeSpotlight

Chance has officially signed a lifetime contract with Team Moore! We couldn’t have been happier to be at Chance’s adoption today, which came just over a year after his sister Cece’s adoption. Congratulations to the entire Moore family!

He prefers to focus on highlighting others, but we are spotlighting Garrett Chambers, today’s Faces of C FS feature! Garrett joined Child and Family Services in 2018 and is now its Public Relations Manager. Always with a smile on his face, Garrett’s role is to tell the Child and Family Services story — including writing articles, designing promotional materials, overseeing the website and intranet, collaborating with the media on news stories and more. He is also proud to be a key contributor to the Agency’s recent rebrand. One of Garrett’s favorite aspects of his job is working with the agency’s wide variety of programs. Garrett is active in internal initiatives, including a role on the Wellbeing Committee and graduating from the C FS Leadership Development Program’s first cohort. He also runs an annual month-long C FS Walking Challenge, which brings out the competitive side of our C FS team. Let’s hear it for Garrett! We are so grateful that he is here to help spread the word about our agency! #EmployeeSpotlight

Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom and a commemoration of the end of slavery in the US. While this represents progress in our nation’s history, it is important to remember that there are still strides needed to be taken toward an equitable society today.
