    Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce VP of Government Relations and Strategy Brad Tietz testified before City Council’s Committee on Economic, Capital and Technology Development urging opposition to an ordinance that would impose antiquated data residency requirements on data centers and cloud providers in Chicago: “Rather than impose burdensome, harmful and unnecessary requirements on data centers and cloud providers, we urge [the Committee] to oppose the antiquated data residency ordinance ... and encourage [Ald.
