Our mission is to connect, support & prepare women of all ages for careers in technology.
About us
Charleston Women in Tech is a collaborative effort of Charleston’s women leaders, educators, and tech professionals to support and mentor women of all ages in the technology industry. At Charleston Women in Tech you can connect with other brilliant women from the Charleston tech community and discuss important topics such as work/life balance, working in a male dominated industry, and how to navigate the hiring process. We have a fantastic group of mentors and women leaders from throughout the community available to discuss these topics and share their insights. So come, learn, network, and be inspired by our panels, events, and forums! Exposing girls to computer science is an essential step in closing the gender gap in the tech industry. If you are interested in volunteering for an all-girls youth coding club, let us know!

We were going to say something cute like, "beat the heat in our cool gear", but the sun and the heat index is undefeated, and we don't want don't want the smoke. But you can still support your favorite local tech lady group by getting some of our merch. Maybe a cute hat to give you some shade!! Follow the link to get your's today. https://lnkd.in/dvkS7zxQ

Join our book club tomorrow morning over at the Odd Duck Market in Park Circle. The first book selected is from our very own Erin Diehl, who was the keynote speaker at the last Holiday Mingle. Her new release, "I See You!: A Leader's Guide to Energizing Your Team Through Radical Empathy" provides insight to how self-love is so important before you can effectively show up for anyone else in your life. We are all leaders in life - be it at work, in our communities, or in our homes. Erin provides great tips and tricks on how we can be the best versions of ourselves. Grab your book today! https://lnkd.in/efDVXAew and hope to see you join the kickoff on 6/28, RSVP here: https://lnkd.in/dsKvc_2F.
