Chapman Consulting is a small woman owned consulting firm that provides strategic planning, project management, operational support, stakeholder engagement, regulatory and statutory analysis, and assistance with funding opportunities for both public and private health care organizations. Chapman Consulting works in the dynamic world of federal and state health policy to help clients develop strategic planning for opportunities to participate in and improve the health care market and delivery of care. Additionally, Chapman Consulting conducts research and authors issue briefs on relevant policy topics and recommendations for policy options.

I so enjoyed working alongside Chapman Consulting at the LHPC Institute's first in-person local plan Medicare Directors workgroup meeting where attendees strategized ways to effectively serve the dual-eligible population. Too soon to say I'm already looking forward to the next one?

What a treat to be part of CalPACE's 6th annual Meet & Greet event last week in Coronado! Athena Chapman facilitated a panel discussion on “Positioning PACE for Maximum Success", which explored innovative strategies and insights to elevate PACE to new heights in California! It was truly a wonderful opportunity to connect with new and old friends, network, learn, and plan how we can work together to improve the world of Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). A HUGE Chapman congratulations to one of Sacramento's leading health care advocates Anthony Wright on celebrating an astounding 22 years leading Health Access California! Athena Chapman and Donna Cullinan, MPPA were so happy to celebrate Anthony's amazing career before he heads off to Washington, DC to lead Families USA. Anthony has been a true force for change in California's healthcare landscape, and has been an instrumental voice at policy tables for over two decades. We are so appreciative of the work Anthony has accomplished with Health Access, and look forward to seeing what comes next. Congratulations, Anthony! (And, more cowbell!)
